Industry Collective started in 2019 in Los Angeles as a gathering of friends — creative professionals hungry to carve their own path in entertainment and advertising. What began as a way to connect and collaborate quickly grew into a thriving community of storytellers looking to create on their own terms.

From the start, production was at the heart of what we did. Our founder, a rising producer, saw an opportunity to bring together the industry's best and most underrepresented talent to build meaningful, self-funded projects. As the work gained traction, brands took notice, and Industry Collective evolved into a full-scale production company — one that champions both creativity and community.

Today, that same spirit powers our first original series, Love to Stay, premiering this year — proof of what the community was always building toward. Industry House, our pop-up series across the U.S., keeps the collaborative spirit alive — a space for creatives to gather, exchange ideas, and build together. Because for us, it's never just been about the work — it's about the people behind it.

Meet the Founder - Tiona Langley

Tiona Langley is an Emmy-nominated producer, director, and the founder of Industry Collective — a production company dedicated to championing bold, diverse creative voices while delivering top-tier work across advertising, entertainment, and media, and cultivating an inclusive community.

She's currently showrunner and executive producer of Love to Stay, IC's first original series, premiering this year on Destination America with distribution on Discovery GO, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Samsung. She also writes In Development, a newsletter documenting the real-time process of building IC's productions and community.

With years of experience working with industry powerhouses like Google, Condé Nast, Universal Pictures, Hello Sunshine, Netflix, and others, Tiona has built a reputation for bringing together exceptional talent, pushing creative boundaries, and producing work that resonates. She launched Industry Collective to create an alternative — one where talented creatives can thrive, where access isn't limited to who you know, and where great work speaks for itself.

A natural connector, she has built an expansive network of creatives, brands, and decision-makers who trust her ability to bring projects to life — whether it's producing original content, curating immersive events, or leading dynamic creative teams. Sets are her sanctuary, and she fiercely protects the integrity of the creative process, ensuring every production runs smoothly and every collaborator is set up for success.
