CASE STUDY: EPICURIOUS - 4 LEVELS SHOW
Produced a season of Epicurious’s hit 4 Levels, managing creative, talent, and on-set logistics inside One World Trade.
The Story
Epicurious’ 4 Levels is a hit YouTube culinary series where a home cook, professional chef, and food scientist prepare the same dish at different skill levels. Tiona was brought on to produce a season of the show, managing both creative and on-set logistics to keep the fast-paced production running smoothly.
The Challenge
With a tight production schedule and half-hour episodes to shoot, the team had to navigate quick recipe turnarounds, talent pre-interviews, and dynamic kitchen setups. Filming took place inside One World Trade’s iconic sound stage and adjoining kitchen studio, requiring precise coordination between culinary producers, directors, and talent while working within strict time constraints.
Our Approach
Tiona oversaw creative management and on-set operations, working directly with the director and culinary team to lock recipes, manage pre-interviews, wrangle talent, and stick to an ambitious daily schedule. Her focus was on creating a collaborative, positive environment that kept the episodes on pace without sacrificing the humor and educational moments the series is known for.
The Results
The season was delivered on time and maintained 4 Levels’ standing as one of Epicurious’s most popular digital series. The episodes captured the spontaneity and skill of the chefs while showcasing seamless production flow, even under a compressed schedule. This season garnered over 1.3 million views and counting!
